Overview

About the roleWe’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Senior Associate, Creative Project Manager to manage the intake, review, and handoff of creative assets across multiple stakeholders. In this role, you’ll partner closely with clients, creative agencies, and internal activation teams to ensure assets are accurate, compliant, on-spec, and ready for launch. You’ll help keep work moving smoothly from intake through quality assurance and final handoff, bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to every stage of the process.

 

 

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Manage intake of creative assets and project materials from clients and creative agency partners
• Review creative deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand, technical, and platform specifications
• Coordinate QA checks to ensure assets are ready for activation handoff
• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, creative teams, and internal stakeholders on status, revisions, and next steps
• Track timelines, dependencies, and approvals to keep projects on schedule
• Flag issues, missing elements, or spec mismatches early and drive them to resolution
• Maintain organized documentation, version control, and asset tracking throughout the project lifecycle
• Support smooth handoff to activation teams by ensuring all final deliverables are complete and properly formatted
• Collaborate across teams to remove blockers and keep work moving efficiently

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, digital production, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
• Experience working with creative assets, production workflows, or digital marketing deliverables
• Comfort reviewing specs, file formats, and final deliverable requirements
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong follow-through
• Experience supporting regulated client work is a plus
• Familiarity with regulatory review, compliance requirements, and guideline-driven asset review in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings is a plus

Nice to have

• Experience in an agency, creative operations, or digital production environment
• Familiarity with trafficking, activation workflows, or handoff processes
• Understanding of common creative delivery specs across digital channels
• Experience with project management or workflow tools
• Experience working with medical, legal, and regulatory review teams

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $89,600.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
