What this job involves:

This Specialist, Graphic Designer role sits at the intersection of creativity and commerce, supporting the strategic design and development of materials that directly impact revenue opportunities for a Fortune 200 company. You'll collaborate with our Graphic Design Directors in the UK and US, working alongside our global Design Team and sales teams to create compelling visual narratives that win business. Your expertise in end-to-end video management, motion graphics, and high-level production will bring client stories to life, while your skills in document design, infographics, and sophisticated PowerPoint presentations will elevate our sales materials to new heights. Working virtually with proposal managers, sales leaders, executives, and fellow designers, you'll take direction from our Graphic Design Directors while maintaining close, day-to-day communication with clients and teams. Success in this role means understanding business objectives, strategy, audience, and key themes behind complex design projects, then delivering innovative solutions that achieve the "wow" factor. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Lead video and motion graphic projects from concept through completion, applying innovative solutions, demonstrating video platform expertise, and adapting to emerging technologies and techniques while managing projects with precision

• Collaborate with Design Directors and team members across JLL sales and within DCoE with a "win together" mindset, ensuring creative alignment and adherence to best practices

• Develop multiple design options based on project briefs to achieve stakeholder objectives, demonstrating creativity with client-branded documents while innovating within brand standard guidelines

• Take full ownership of assigned projects, managing workflows independently through to completion while ensuring quality, timely delivery, and providing ongoing communication to team leads

• Communicate clearly and proactively with global stakeholders, providing regular updates to carefully manage expectations around delivery timelines and project milestones

• Meet tight deadlines consistently to ensure bid-response teams can submit completed documents according to broader timelines, balancing multiple projects simultaneously

• Proof your own work and collaborate with the team to ensure a high degree of accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables

• Maintain and grow the design library of previously utilized designs and graphics while developing a repository of new creative assets for future use

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with demonstrated expertise in both video editing and motion graphics production

• Advanced proficiency with video platforms, remote recording platforms, Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Microsoft Office suite

• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to design sophisticated, visually compelling presentations and documents

• Strong creative vision and visual arts skills with the ability to deliver original ideas that meet project briefs and understand target audiences

• Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of consistently producing high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines

• Proven time and project management abilities, successfully managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments

• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with global stakeholders, discussing queries, presenting design concepts, and incorporating feedback effectively

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, digital design, visual communications, or related field

Preferred qualifications:

• Professional digital design and graphics experience from a corporate, agency, or professional services organization

• Experience supporting sales enablement, business development, or proposal teams in creating winning pitch materials

• Knowledge of brand management principles and experience working within established brand guidelines while finding innovative solutions

• Familiarity with JLL or commercial real estate industry visual standards and communication approaches

• Experience working in virtual, globally distributed team environments with cross-functional stakeholders

• Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated video production, motion graphics, and document design for business audiences
