Business Partnership & Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, operations, plant teams, product planning, and other internal stakeholders to understand material requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Provide market intelligence, supplier insights, and procurement recommendations to leadership and internal business partners.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert for the metals category, providing guidance on supplier capabilities, market conditions, pricing, and sourcing opportunities.

Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Use spend and supplier data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Track and report measurable financial benefits and procurement performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, supplier performance, and overall category management.
- Take ownership of issues and opportunities from identification through to resolution, using a practical "see it, own it, do it, solve it" approach.
