TA coordinator

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment operations and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. In this role, you will be the backbone of our hiring process—managing complex scheduling, executing flawless interview logistics, onboarding documentation, and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end complex scheduling for onsite and virtual interviews involving multiple interviewers, candidates, and panels.
• Deliver a high-touch, welcoming, and seamless interview experience for every candidate and guest
• Actively utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to pull candidate information, organize resumes, and update recruitment statuses in real time
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with administrative tasks, requisition updates, and special HR/TA projects as needed
• Partner with HR operations to ensure smooth handoffs from the offer stage to the candidate’s first day.
• Create strong relationships in order to build a pipeline for future openings
• Comply with all Talent Acquisition and broader Equifax policies, procedures and risk requirements

What experience you need

• 1 year of experience in talent acquisition coordination, HR administration, or high-volume administrative support.
• B2+ English level
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience required
• Consultative skills with a strong sense of urgency and continual drive for process improvement
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System Exceptional attention to detail with proven multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment.
