Role Summary
Support the Head of Testing & Release Management in overseeing end-to-end testing and delivery of Change Requests (CRs), system enhancements, regulatory changes, and production issue resolutions. The role ensures quality delivery, project governance, production readiness, and successful implementation of business and regulatory initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Manage medium- to large-scale projects, CRs, enhancements, and production fixes from initiation through implementation.

Lead end-to-end testing activities, including functional testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and production verification.

Monitor project schedules, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure timely delivery.

Work closely with the Release Team Lead to coordinate release planning, deployment activities, go-live support, and production readiness.

Ensure testing sign-offs, implementation checklists, rollback plans, and release controls are completed appropriately.

Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, PMO, operations, platform teams, and external parties to drive project delivery.

Promote the adoption of test automation, AI-assisted testing, and quality-engineering best practices.

Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to testing teams and project resources.
Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

At least 12 years of experience in project management, testing, QA, or IT delivery.

Proven experience managing medium- to large-scale system implementation projects.

Strong leadership experience in testing, QA, and delivery management.

Good understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, testing methodologies, and release-management practices.

Experience in financial services, regulated industries, or other complex enterprise environments is advantageous.

Strong knowledge of JIRA, test-management tools, and defect-tracking tools.

Knowledge of test automation, AI-assisted testing, and Generative AI is advantageous.

PMP certification is preferred; Scrum Master certification is an advantage.

Strong stakeholder-management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
