We are seeking a Junior Analyst to support an upcoming Defense Health Agency (DHA) Facilities Enterprise (FE) Planning and Policy Support program.
The Junior Analyst will support financial analysis, technical writing, research, strategic planning, and leadership initiatives within a Department of Defense healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous Military Health System (MHS), Defense Health Agency (DHA), or related DoD experience and an understanding of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
This is a key personnel position supporting a federal proposal with an anticipated start date of September 30, 2026.

- Ability to review large amounts of technical information and develop concise updates for senior leadership
- Experience supporting strategic planning initiatives and leadership priorities
- Experience supporting business process improvement efforts
- Advanced Microsoft Word editing and formatting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of the Military Health System and DHA Facilities Enterprise is highly desirable
Additional Requirements
- Must be a current U.S. citizen
- Must be capable of meeting Government suitability and installation/network access requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC), as required
Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:
- Business Management
- Accounting
- Finance
- Marketing
- Operations Management
Candidates must also possess:
- 5+ years of relevant experience involving MHS financial analysis and technical writing or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience with the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) System
- Knowledge and understanding of the organizational structure of the Department of Defense and Defense Health Agency
