Join us as a Quality Intern
Function: Supply Chain
Reports to: Measurement and testing Coordinator
Scope: Local
Location: Boksburg
Terms & Conditions: Full-time, on site
JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to protect product quality, ensure compliance with specifications, and support the factory in delivering safe, consistent, and superior products to consumers. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform the required analytical functions to produce powder. These may include, but is not restricted to the following analysis types:
Instrumentation / Verification
Consumer Complaints investigation
PQS – (pack weight verification, date code, seal join)
Plant and Line start up verification audits
Reports and COA writing
Raw Material Analysis
Chemical and glassware Inventory
Trials/Innovation support
Decision making (nonconformance and pass) and escalation
5S and Safety in the laboratory
Support CAPA, continuous improvement, and quality compliance activities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Matric with Math’s and Science
Diploma/Degree in Analytical Chemistry OR in Chemistry majoring in Analytical Chemistry
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an analytical laboratory environment is advantageous
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Analytical Chemistry Diploma
Food Technology
Bio- Chemistry Diploma
