As a Senior Program Manager within the OSAT organization, you will translate strategic priorities into executable programs, align divisions, functions, and external manufacturing partners, and ensure that readiness, delivery, and business-benefit commitments are achieved through transparent governance. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Translate Strategic Priorities into structured programs, roadmaps, integrated schedules, and resource plans with clear objectives, accountabilities, and measurable outcomes. Lead Complex, High-Impact Programs from initiation through execution and closure, coordinating cross-functional teams across projects, functions, suppliers, and stakeholders. Establish robust Program Governance for scope, investment, risks, opportunities, dependencies, and Change Control , with proactive escalation and clear recommendations to Senior Leadership . Organize effective Decision-Making, Reporting, and Meeting Structures , ensuring transparent milestone reporting and disciplined follow-through on actions and commitments. Manage Competing Priorities and Interdependencies , resolve execution issues, and make timely operational decisions to protect program objectives and business outcomes. Track Schedule Performance , Operational Readiness , and Business Benefits through reliable data, executive-level reporting, and disciplined program reviews. Build trusted partnerships with Business Divisions , Manufacturing Sites , External Suppliers , and Senior Stakeholders , influencing decisions and securing commitment without direct authority. Drive Organizational Transformation by applying best-practice Program Management methodologies and supporting initiatives focused on Process Improvement , Productivity Enhancement , and Supply Chain Resilience . Champion a culture of Accountability , Transparency , Continuous Improvement , and Compliance , ensuring programs meet quality, regulatory, and business process requirements. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Min University Degree in Engineering, Science, Operations, Business, or a related discipline. An Advanced Degree is an advantage. Minimum 8 Years of Relevant Experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing , OSAT Operations , Supply Chain , or a comparable High-Technology Environment , including leadership of complex cross-functional programs. Proven track record in delivering Strategic , Operational , Productivity , Cost Reduction , and Business Transformation Programs with measurable business impact. Strong expertise in Program Governance , including Business Case Development , Integrated Planning , Resource Management , Risk Management , Change Control , and Executive Reporting . Demonstrated Commercial and Financial Acumen with the ability to challenge assumptions, evaluate trade-offs, and connect technical decisions to business value. Proven ability to Lead Through Influence across divisions, functions, regions, and external partners while navigating ambiguity and resolving complex stakeholder challenges. Excellent Senior Management Communication and Presentation Skills , with the ability to translate complex topics into clear decisions and actionable outcomes. A Data-Driven , Results-Oriented Leadership Style with sound judgment and a strong commitment to Quality , Compliance , Integrity , and Continuous Improvement .
