We are looking for a Sales Trainer who is passionate about people development and sales excellence. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging sales training programs to ensure our employees have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively engage customers, recommend suitable treatments and products, and achieve business targets.

Your Day-to-Day

• Conduct training on product/treatment knowledge, sales techniques, customer handling, objection handling, upselling, and closing.
• Coach participants through role plays, simulations, and practical feedback to strengthen their sales skills.
• Analyze sales performance and identify capability gaps that can be addressed through training and coaching.
• Evaluate training through assessments, participant feedback, and post-training performance improvement

Who We’re Looking For

• Min. Bachelor degree in a related field
• Very crucial to have experience in sales training for a minimum of 3 years
• Well-spoken, eloquent, and a team player
