POSITION SUMMARY

Legends is a premier global premium experiences company dedicated to delivering world‑class events and exceptional guest experiences. At Pechanga Arena San Diego, we support a wide range of concerts, sporting events, and special productions that require precise staffing and seamless coordination.

The Part-Time Staffing Coordinator supports workforce scheduling, staffing administration, and event labor coordination for Pechanga Arena San Diego. This role is responsible for maintaining staffing records, coordinating event schedules, communicating with team members, and supporting operational workforce needs across multiple departments. The Staffing Coordinator may assist the HR Manager with assigned administrative projects and operational support tasks but does not perform Human Resources functions or make HR-related decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the HR Manager with assigned administrative and operational projects.
• Assist with data tracking, reporting, and workforce record maintenance.
• Support employee communications and distribution of operational information.
• Assist with special projects related to staffing, engagement, and event operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of business information and operational records.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Scheduling or workforce coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or event operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling systems such as ABI, Workforce, ADP, or similar platforms.

This is a part‑time, event‑based role based at Pechanga Arena San Diego. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on event operations, and who thrives in a dynamic sports and entertainment environment.

COMPENSATION

This position's compensation is $23.44 per hour.
