Paid Media Manager | Aventura, FL · $100K–$150K
About the Role
This is your opportunity to take full ownership of the paid advertising engine at a financial lending company. Right now, the founder runs it personally — the goal is to hand you the keys so they can step back and focus their attention elsewhere. You'll own Google Ads end to end: managing spend, sharpening targeting, testing keywords, and driving stronger ROI on every dollar that goes out the door.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Ownership
- Take over and run the company's Google Ads program, currently managed directly by the owner
- Own paid campaigns from strategy through execution and ongoing optimization
Budget & Spend Management
- Manage advertising budgets and control ad spend across all campaigns
- Allocate spend efficiently to get the strongest possible return on every dollar
Targeting & Performance
- Understand and refine target audiences to reach the right prospects
- Research and manage keywords to improve campaign performance
- Track ROI closely and continuously optimize toward better results
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising, ideally Google Ads
- Strong command of budgets and ad spend management
- Skilled in audience targeting, keyword research, and ROI optimization
- Upbeat, energetic, and sharp, with a real desire to be part of a team
