About the role

In this role, we are looking for energetic folks, who are having a deep domain understanding of Demand Planning / Supply Planning / S&OP Implementation and hands-on experience in any of the enterprise planning tools to proactive customer delight in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you’ll do for us

• Optimize planning and decision making for customers through different industry verticals like Hightech, Consumer goods, Retail etc..
• Create the blue prints and accordingly formulate the business models in o9’s next generation AI platform using the key principles of planning, optimization, collaboration and visibility.
• Configure a variety of models, rules, workflows to solve the customer’s pain points in diverse areas like sales planning, demand planning, S&OP, procurement planning etc..
• Understand o9 platform’s data model (table structures, linkages, optimal designs) for designing various planning use cases.
• Data crunching for business insights and recommendations using descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Participate in the technical design, data requirements gathering, making recommendations in case of inaccurate or missing data.
• Lead creation and execution of test plans, document issues and track progress at resolving issues.
• Participate in the complete lifecycle of projects from presales to deployment to value delivery.

What you’ll have...

Experience:

• 0-5 years of hands-on experience in any of the enterprise planning application tools and knowledge and training in databases. (SQL Server, MySQL)
• Implementation experiences on package software like ERP, PLM and CRM are preferred.
• Experience in implementing SCM planning applications will be a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or industrial engineering is preferred

Skills:

• Enterprise planning concepts.
• Skills in one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL
• Some Knowledge of python, R C#/VB.NET/Javascript
• Business level of English and fluent Korean language skill

• Patient listener with the ability to clearly articulate your view point to manage and deliver to customer expectations, even under pressure.
