Contract Management InternAre you looking to jumpstart your career in a global energy environment? We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented intern to support our Contract Management team at GE Vernova. You will assist in the lifecycle management of service contracts, participate in risk modeling, and help ensure our customers receive world-class service.

Key Responsibilities
- Contractual Data Management: Manage pre- and post-contractual documentation and ensure data integrity in project tracking systems.
- Performance Analytics: Update and maintain project performance dashboards; support the team in risk modeling through data validation.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between Field Service and Logistics to track request resolution and identify process bottlenecks.
- Tender Support: Assist in data-driven cost estimating and participate in project review sessions to streamline internal workflows.
Required Qualifications & Profile
- Academic Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Science, or Finance/Business Analytics. (Emphasis on candidates with coursework in Operations Research or Data Management).
- Software Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic data modeling). Familiarity with ERP systems or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a significant advantage.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to translate raw data into actionable insights.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (oral and written); Portuguese is highly desirable given our regional project scope.
- Communication: Highly structured communicator, capable of managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
