Position Summary 

The Senior Analyst, Accounting will support Signify Health revenue accounting, with primary responsibility for revenue, accounts receivable, intercompany activity, cash, multi-entity entries and transactions, flux analysis, and RCM/Claims-related processes. The role will execute and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities; prepare accurate journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules; analyze financial results and variances; and maintain complete, audit-ready documentation. The Senior Analyst will develop a strong understanding of end-to-end revenue and receivables processes, partner with Finance and business stakeholders to resolve issues, and identify opportunities to strengthen controls, improve processes, and support timely and accurate financial reporting. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities 

• Own and support accounting activities for Signify Health, including monthly, quarter-end, and annual close processes.  

• Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end revenue, RCM/Claims, Accounts Receivable, intercompany, and cash processes, including related systems, data flows, and controls. 

• Prepare, review, and post complex journal entries. This includes translating/mapping revenue from RCM into an SAP ready journal upload template. 

• Prepare and reconcile accounts receivable intercompany activity, including identifying and resolving out-of-balance items and coordinating with counterparties across entities.  

• Perform flux analysis of revenue, Accounts Receivable, cash, intercompany, and related balance sheet and income statement accounts; research significant or unusual variances and provide clear explanations.  

• Support RCM/Claims accounting processes by understanding the flow of operational data to the general ledger, researching exceptions, and partnering with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.  

• Prepare and maintain accurate account reconciliations, roll forwards, schedules, and other close support with an audit-ready mindset.  

• Manage and analyze large data sets in Excel and maintain accounting system journal-entry upload mappings or related templates.  

• Identify process gaps, control risks, and root causes; recommend and help implement practical improvements that increase accuracy, timeliness, consistency, and scalability.  

• Partner across Accounting, Finance, RCM Team, and other business teams to obtain required information, resolve issues, and support a timely and accurate close.  

• Apply U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies consistently, exercise sound judgment, and review work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 

Required Qualifications 

• 5+ years of relevant accounting, revenue accounting, or finance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with financial close, journal entries, account reconciliations, or related accounting processes.
• 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and core accounting principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with complex formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data validation, and large datasets.
  

In addition to the qualifications above, the successful candidate should demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, SQL, or similar accounting, reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis tools.
• Healthcare, technology, or related industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain accounting issues and financial results to cross-functional stakeholders.

Education

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
