Description
Role: Facilities Coordinator
Location: Blackpool, FY4 4NW
Hours: 37 hours per week | between 07:00 - 15:30 Monday to Friday
Salary: Between £38,000 - £40,000 pa DOE
Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about keeping facilities and site services running efficiently? We're looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of site facilities, maintenance activities, and compliance processes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Managing contractors and external service providers.
- Supporting the upkeep of buildings, equipment, and site services.
- Monitoring maintenance schedules, records, and compliance activities.
- Assisting with facilities-related budgets, purchasing, and reporting.
- Supporting site improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Helping to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in facilities, maintenance, engineering, or operational support.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating maintenance activities, projects, or contractors.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements and compliance standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing needs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to high standards.
