Job Description:

Under general supervision, serves as secretary for the Upward Bound Program; assists with supervising student workers and summer seasonal staff; coordinates procedures with other clerical personnel; maintains budgetary and purchasing records; coordinates meetings, makes travel arrangements and prepares standardized forms; reviews work policies, procedures, and routines, making recommendations for revisions; composes and types correspondence; maintains departmental files and the Blumen data base; and performs other related duties as requested.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Any combination of related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to two years of full-time employment and includes the use of word processing.
