Job Description

The Digital Content Designer creates high-performing digital content that drives conversion across Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Amazon, and online retail channels. Working within established brand guidelines and design systems, they produce engaging, customer-focused assets that optimise the online shopping experience and support commercial growth across EMEA markets. The role partners closely with eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Amazon, Sales
and Brand teams to deliver compelling content that is visually engaging, commercially effective
and technically compliant.

Key Responsibilities

Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Digital Design

• Design homepage hero banners, promotional graphics, and campaign creative that drive engagement and conversion.
• Create and maintain landing pages within established website design systems.
• Develop seasonal campaigns, product launch content, and promotional web experiences.
• Produce product feature graphics, buying guides, comparison pages, and other conversion-focused website assets.
• Optimize creative assets for desktop and mobile experiences, ensuring consistency across devices and platforms.

Amazon & Online Retail Partner Content

Create digital assets for online retailer partners including:

• Create Amazon A+ Content
• Design Amazon Brand Store pages
• Produce enhanced product imagery
• Create feature and benefit graphics
• Develop lifestyle imagery compositions
• Retail-specific product graphics
• Seasonal campaigns

Digital Asset Production & Localization

• Adapt, resize, and version creative assets across multiple formats and channels.
• Localize creative for EMEA markets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Prepare web-optimised imagery.
• Maintain organized asset libraries.
• Work within existing design systems, templates, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency across all channels.

Accessibility & Quality Assurance

• Apply accessibility best practices, including WCAG and ADA standards.
• Ensure appropriate color contrast, readability, and inclusive design principles.
• Create responsive layouts optimized for a variety of devices and screen sizes.
• Proof and review artwork before publication.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in digital and eCommerce design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience creating conversion-focused digital content for eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, or online retailers.

• Experience creating Amazon A+ Content, Amazon Brand Store pages, and Amazon PDP imagery.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, user behavior, and digital best practices.
• Excellent typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy skills.
• Experience working within design systems and brand guidelines.
•  Experience creating conversion-focused digital content for eCommerce platforms, marketplaces or online retailers
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English C1 level.
• Experience with MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Experience using Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices (WCAG/ADA).
• Experience supporting international markets
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative and productivity tools.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects
