Lynch Truck Center is looking for a motivated Truck Detailer to join our second shift team. This is a great entry-level opportunity — no prior experience required — perfect for someone looking to get their foot in the door in the commercial truck industry and build a strong work history. Lynch is always looking to promote from within and train employees. Several of our Technicians started here.
Schedule: Second shift, approximately 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM. Flexible hours available.
Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour

Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working with your hands and on your feet for a shift
- Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
- Ability to work independently once trained
- No experience necessary — we'll train you!
Responsibilities
- Wash, wax, and detail the interior and exterior of new and used commercial trucks
- Clean cabs, including dashboards, seats, floors, and windows
- Remove dirt, grease, road film, and debris from trucks in preparation for delivery or sale
- Apply protective coatings and finishing touches to ensure vehicles look showroom-ready
- Perform minor touch-up work as needed
- Keep the detail area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
- Follow all safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment
