WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns
• Perform accurate, quality repairs
• Complete maintenance and repair work efficiently
• Use proper diagnostic procedures instead of simply throwing parts at problems
• Communicate repair concerns with service management
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Participate in Mitsubishi training to stay current with changing vehicle technology

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a vehicle and still wants to get better.

Our ideal technician has:

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience
• Strong mechanical diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Experience with brakes, suspension, steering, maintenance and general repair
• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles correctly the first time
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Your own basic technician tools
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Dealership or manufacturer experience is a plus, but not required
