Position Summary 

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of logistics activities, ensuring compliance with logistics processes, leading the logistics team, and guaranteeing adherence to safety and quality requirements. You will report to the Logistics Supervisor 

Your Role 

• Ensure the efficient execution of daily logistics operations. 

• Lead, mentor, and develop the logistcs operator team. 

• Monitor logistcs KPIs. 

• Implement continuous improvement actions to reduce waste, optimize flows, and increase efficiency. 

• Coordinate with Planning and Production to manage line-feeding activities and critical materials. 

• Enforce warehouse safety rules and promote a proactive safety culture. 

• Prepare and support internal and external audits. 

Your Background 

• Secondary education, preferably with technical-professional training or related field 

• Excellent communication and organization skills; 

• Knowledge of logistics processes; 

• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system; 

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel; 

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar position.
