As our Customer Support Sales Specialist – Special Missions, you'll serve as a trusted partner to customers, dealers, OEMs, and internal stakeholders while helping grow revenue, improve retention, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You'll work closely with Regional Sales Managers, Activations, Revenue Operations, Accounting, and Customer Support teams to support account growth, streamline customer onboarding, and maximize customer success.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, OEMs, and dealers, delivering timely and professional support throughout the customer lifecycle

• Manage inbound customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels while ensuring a high-quality customer experience

• Partner with Regional Sales Managers to support quoting, proposals, contract processing, and customer account management activities

• Execute service changes, account updates, plan modifications, and provisioning requests to meet customer needs efficiently

• Deliver a white-glove onboarding experience from quote acceptance through service activation

• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion based on customer usage patterns and business needs

• Support renewal activities, retention efforts, and risk mitigation strategies to strengthen customer relationships and reduce churn

• Generate, qualify, and manage leads and opportunities within CRM platforms

• Execute outbound campaigns that support pipeline development and revenue growth objectives

• Resolve billing inquiries and coordinate discrepancy resolution to support customer satisfaction

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• 4-6+ years of experience in customer support, inside sales, account management, customer success, or a related customer-facing role

• Demonstrated experience supporting customers while identifying business growth opportunities

• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems

• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

• Experience in aviation, telecommunications, connectivity, or technology-focused industries

• Exposure to provisioning, activation, or subscription-based service environments

• Knowledge of customer success, account retention, and lifecycle management practices

• Experience supporting sales teams through quote generation, proposal development, and contract administration

• Familiarity with revenue operations, sales operations, or customer operations processes

• Experience executing lead generation or outbound sales campaigns

• Experience supporting customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal cycles

Equal Pay Disclosure(s)

Base Pay:

30.80 - 38.50 USD Hourly

Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:

Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
