Position Summary

ITW Global Tire Repair is seeking an entry-level Machine C Operator to join our Manufacturing team in Solon, Ohio. This hands-on role is responsible for operating packaging equipment, packaging finished products, monitoring quality, completing production documentation, and maintaining a clean and organized work area while supporting daily production goals and ITW’s safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Follow all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality guidelines and procedures.

· Operate packaging equipment and perform minor machine setups.

· Place components into equipment, package finished products, and palletize completed goods.

· Review work orders, bills of materials, and special instructions to ensure accurate production.

· Inspect products for quality and packaging defects.

· Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.

· Perform line clearances, cleaning, housekeeping, and trash disposal.

· Communicate effectively and assist other production teams as needed.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED preferred.

· Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

· Basic math and computer skills.

· Ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing team environment.

Compensation Information:

$18-$22 per hour, depending on experience.
