Sales Development Representative

FinSet connects high-risk merchants with the payment and banking infrastructure they often struggle to access on their own. We work with prop trading firms, forex and CFD brokers, iGaming operators, and other high-risk businesses, matching them with the right acquirers, PSPs, and banking partners, and handling the operational work behind onboarding, compliance, corporate structuring, and licensing. We're not introducers who make an introduction and step away. We're hands-on operators who stay involved from the first conversation through onboarding and live processing.

We're hiring a Sales Development Representative to own the top of our sales pipeline. You'll identify merchants that need what we offer, start conversations with the right decision-makers, qualify opportunities properly, and book discovery calls that are genuinely worth taking. This is a fully remote role, with a preference for candidates based in Dubai.

## Tasks

• Build targeted prospect lists of prop firms, forex/CFD brokers, iGaming operators, and other relevant merchants by market, licence, business model, and payment setup

• Run outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, Telegram, and WhatsApp, supported by phone follow-ups

• Identify and engage founders, CEOs, COOs, payments teams, and other relevant decision-makers

• Qualify prospects against our acceptance criteria and uncover their current payment, banking, licensing, and operational challenges

• Book discovery calls for the partners and provide a clear, useful brief before every meeting

• Work inbound opportunities generated through paid campaigns, our website, referrals, and partner network

• Support our presence at industry events through pre-event outreach, on-site meetings, and structured post-event follow-up

• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date

• Report weekly on outreach activity, qualified opportunities, meetings booked, and pipeline development

## Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or account management

• Experience in payments, fintech, brokerage, prop trading, or iGaming is a strong advantage

• An understanding of card acquiring — including MDRs, chargebacks, rolling reserves, and trusted vs FTD traffic — or the ability to learn quickly

• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to write concise outreach that gets responses

• Strong prospecting and research skills

• Resilience and consistency — comfortable with outbound sales and disciplined about follow-ups

• Organised, self-directed, and able to manage your own pipeline without being chased

• Comfortable working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, a CRM, and Excel or Google Sheets

• Based in Dubai (preferred) or anywhere within UTC+2 to UTC+6, able to work Gulf Standard Time business hours

• Additional languages are a plus
