As a Program Manager, you will manage and maintain initiatives supporting the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs and Director of Well-Being. In this role, you will coordinate the Student Engagement and Well-Being Committee and related programs that promote student involvement, wellness and well-being by overseeing committee meetings, tracking attendance, scheduling monthly meetings, sending calendar invitations, reserving meeting rooms and arranging food and other meeting needs. You will support student action groups focused on areas such as research education and LGBTQ+ topics, helping students explore how these areas impact healthcare and their learning. Additionally, you will assist with meeting topics, help facilitate committee meetings and provide administrative support to the Physician Advisor Committee and Physician Advisor Chair. This position will have numerous opportunities to advance your skills through extensive hands-on experience, all while advancing the future of healthcare.

 

A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with three days onsite each week and up to 5% travel.

 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

• Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities. 

• Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community. 

• Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. 

• Allocate time to meet completion requirements. 

• Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. 

• Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures. 

• Other duties as assigned. 

 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and two years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training

• OR Associate’s Degree and four years of experience
• OR Master’s Degree and one year of experience
• OR High School Diploma / GED and six years of experience
• Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

• Experience in healthcare setting 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
• Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
• Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
