## What you’ll do:
The Program Manager will lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives within ES-A, with primary responsibility for driving the successful deployment of enterprise digital transformation programs, including the Enovia platform upgrade. This role requires strong program leadership, executive stakeholder management, and the ability to align business, engineering, and IT organizations to achieve program objectives.
The successful candidate will operate at both strategic and operational levels, partnering with senior engineering and technology leaders to define deployment roadmaps, manage risks, and ensure successful adoption across multiple business divisions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Program Leadership
- Direct and manage large-scale, global ES-A transformation programs, including the Enovia upgrade initiative.
- Develop and execute comprehensive deployment strategies tailored to the specific needs of multiple business divisions.
- Establish program governance, milestones, success metrics, and reporting mechanisms to ensure effective execution.
- Drive program planning, risk management, issue resolution, and change control activities.
Stakeholder Management & Alignment
- Lead strategic stakeholder engagement across ES-A Engineering, Information Technology (IT), and Engineering Functional Excellence (EFE) teams.
- Build alignment among diverse functional leaders and business stakeholders to ensure successful program adoption and outcomes.
- Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve competing business priorities through influence and collaboration.
- Maintain strong communication channels across global teams and leadership levels.
Executive Communication & Governance
- Prepare and deliver executive-level program reviews, strategic roadmaps, and status updates to Senior Vice Presidents and Engineering leadership teams.
- Provide ongoing visibility to Vice President-level stakeholders regarding program health, risks, dependencies, and achievement of business objectives.
- Develop concise executive communication materials including dashboards, presentations, and business cases.
Cross-Functional Execution
- Coordinate activities across engineering, IT, operations, and business functions to drive program execution.
- Monitor program performance against schedule, budget, scope, and quality targets.
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring timely escalation of critical issues.
- Support change management, training, and user adoption activities associated with enterprise system deployments.
## Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology
- 10+ years of program or project management experience in a global, matrixed environment.
## Skills:
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation, PLM, ERP, or systems deployment initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive audiences.
- Strong analytical, planning, and risk management capabilities.
Preferred
- PMP, PgMP, PROLaunch, or equivalent program management certification.
- Experience with Enovia, PLM systems, or product lifecycle management processes.
- Knowledge of engineering product development and engineering data management processes.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed global teams.
