Account Manager

About This Role

12,000+ apps ship the Superwall SDK in production, and most of them are only scratching the surface of what the product can do. Most start with one paywall. We need someone to show them everything else: experiments, onboarding flows, web2app funnels, win-backs, and more.

You'll own a book of customer relationships from onboarding through renewal, and act as each team's go-to partner for growing subscription revenue. The heart of the role is education.

One thing we're firm on: we want someone who has actually built with Superwall. Not "familiar with." Built with. You know the product from the user's side, and that's exactly why customers will trust you.

What You'll Do

- Teach customers the full range of Superwall use cases: A/B testing, onboarding flows, web2app funnels, surveys, localization, refund protection

- Own a portfolio of accounts as their primary point of contact, with regular check-ins and QBRs

- Guide new customers through onboarding alongside our support engineers so they launch fast and see early wins

- Own renewals, spot churn risk early, and fix it before it becomes churn

- Find upsell and expansion opportunities as customers grow

- Bring customer feedback to Product and Engineering, and close the loop when things ship

Who You Are

- You've used Superwall yourself. Built paywalls, set up campaigns, run experiments

- 2-3 years in account management or customer success, ideally B2B SaaS

- You enjoy teaching and can make technical concepts simple for PMs, marketers, and founders

- You know how subscription apps make money: trials, pricing, conversion, churn

- Track record of hitting retention and expansion targets

- Comfortable working across time zones with a remote team

- Fluent in English

Nice to Have

- Experience with RevenueCat, Adapty, or App Store Connect

- Background in mobile growth, product, or marketing at a consumer app

- Comfort with CRM tools like Attio or HubSpot
