We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director – AI to lead the development and execution of the organisation's AI product strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming high-value business challenges into secure, scalable, and commercially impactful AI products, taking them from initial discovery and prioritisation through development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of AI, Product Management, Technology, and Business. You will define the organisation-wide AI vision and build a focused product portfolio that moves AI beyond isolated experiments into repeatable, reliable, and measurable business outcomes.
The portfolio may span Generative AI, Predictive Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, and AI-powered customer experiences across areas such as fraud detection, risk management, customer support, personalised payment experiences, and operational efficiency.
