Description
Releady is partnering with a leading healthcare technology company to hire a Technical Program Manager, Consultant. Launched in 2025 as part of a major nonprofit health plan’s corporate restructuring, this organization builds AI-powered data, engagement, and operations technology for nonprofit and community health plans nationwide.
In this role, you will own the delivery of high-visibility technology programs, beginning with the deployment of an API integration product between the company and its largest health plan partner. This program is the team’s most urgent priority, and it needs a program manager who brings structure, momentum, and accountability to a complex, multi-stakeholder effort. You will work directly with senior leaders across both organizations, hold firm on scope and timelines, and keep deliverables on schedule. This role's success depends on confident communication, sound judgment, and a relentless focus on delivery.
NOTE: *Must be eligible to work on W2 without sponsorship. Not eligible for C2C.
- Pay Rate: $65–$70/hr
- Duration: 6mo Contract-to-Hire

- Own end-to-end delivery of the API integration program, from planning and scoping through deployment and stabilization.
- Build and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths across engineering, product, and partner teams.
- Apply a hybrid delivery methodology that blends Agile execution with Waterfall-style milestone planning and governance.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between internal teams and senior leaders at the partner health plan.
- Hold firm on scope, priorities, and timelines under pressure from senior stakeholders, and escalate with clear options and recommendations.
- Deliver concise status reports, executive updates, and steering committee materials that drive decisions.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
- Identify risks and blockers early, drive mitigation plans, and prevent issues from stalling delivery.
- Manage cross-team and cross-organization dependencies and hold owners accountable for their commitments.
Technical Partnership
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to understand integration requirements, sequencing, and tradeoffs well enough to translate them for business leaders.
- Support additional strategic programs as priorities evolve.
- 7+ years of program or project management experience, including technical programs in software, platform, or systems integration environments.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs on schedule while managing demanding executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to push back, negotiate tradeoffs, and influence senior leaders without direct authority.
- Hands-on experience running programs with a hybrid methodology that combines Agile and Waterfall practices.
- Working knowledge of API and systems integration delivery, sufficient to partner credibly with engineering teams.
- Experience working across matrixed, client-partner, or affiliated organizations with competing priorities.
