What You'll Do
- Provide professional and timely support to customers and sales reps via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Responsible for data entry, order management, respond to customer inquiries, requests, concerns with accuracy and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot issues and identify appropriate solutions to meet customer needs.
- Account management, enter and process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex customer concerns when necessary.
- Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service, customer support, order entry, or account management experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing, medical device, healthcare, or distribution environment.
- Experience working with ERP or CRM systems.
