Your role and responsibilities

• This role plays a key part in supporting the Motion Service Division, with a focus on service sales activities for Motors & Generators and Drives.
• Prepares offers in coordination with the Sales Manager. Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.
• Regularly making customer visits. Plans and performs the right number of weekly sales visits, reporting them on Salesforce. 
• Reports leads/opportunities, manages and updates pipeline in Salesforce
• Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full services offering, and align to provide a solution.
• Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Prepares sales plans using company tools. Performs regular status reviews.
• Creates added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the positive conclusion of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
• Communicates details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).
• Identifies and initiates the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
• Promoting ABB’s service products and solutions in marketing activities such as events and trade shows while monitoring trends to develop effective marketing activities.
• Manages administrative procedures in sales processes, and supports collection and project management activities when needed.

Qualifications for the role

• Graduated from Electrical or Electrical and Electronic Engineering faculties or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluently speak Turkish and English language.
• Experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. At least 3 year experience on related fields.
• Service, Product, and market knowledge of Motors and Drives.
• Able to communicate effectively, able to manage contract negotiations.
• Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling.
• Willing to travel frequently for customer visits and presentations.
• Self-motivation, curiosity and a wish to learn about new technologies.
