Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Carpenters for projects located in the Saint Cloud, MN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $28-30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Perform selective demolition of existing drywall, ceilings, flooring, and other building materials
- Identify materials and structural components that should and should not be removed
- Safely work around existing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems
- Assist with general carpentry and construction tasks during the new buildout
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Follow all project safety requirements and procedures
Requirements
- Journeyman-level carpentry experience
- Previous commercial construction and/or demolition experience
- Ability to identify building materials and understand selective demolition
