Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Asia Regional Services Hub, translating the regional GPSS operating model into clear service ownership, delivery standards, capacity plans, and operating routines.
  • Provide end-to-end leadership for assigned regional People services, including Talent Acquisition Services, Total Rewards Services, and future regionalized service scopes.
  • Ensure consistent and reliable service delivery across Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, and other supported Asia countries through effective capacity planning, workload management, business-cycle readiness, and escalation management.
  • Define and manage service KPIs, SLAs, quality measures, productivity, capacity, turnaround time, and customer experience outcomes.

Service Performance, Governance & Risk

  • Establish and sustain strong service governance through clear KPIs, dashboards, quality reviews, issue management, and regular operational reviews.
  • Ensure services comply with country requirements, Micron policies, data-security expectations, internal controls, and audit-readiness standards.
  • Lead service transitions into the regional hub, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, operational readiness, hypercare, and sustainable stabilization.
  • Use service performance insights and root-cause analysis to identify operational risks, address recurring issues, and drive measurable improvements.

People, Organization & Capability

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional team with clear accountabilities and a culture of inclusion, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead workforce and capacity planning, cross-training, backup coverage, skills development, and readiness for hiring ramps, peak business cycles, and changing service demand.
  • Develop team capability across service management, process excellence, stakeholder partnership, data and digital enablement, and customer experience.
  • Build leadership depth and succession capability to support the continued growth and maturity of the regional services hub.

Technology, Data & Continuous Improvement

  • Simplify and standardize processes, strengthen SOPs and controls, reduce manual effort, and improve service quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
  • Partner with the GPSS AI Team, technology, data, and functional teams to identify and implement responsible automation and AI-enabled service improvements.
  • Use operational data, dashboards, and service insights to identify risks, prioritize opportunities, support decision-making, and measure improvement outcomes.
  • Drive greater adoption of automation, self-service, digital tools, and standardized solutions while maintaining appropriate governance and controls.

Stakeholder, Change & Customer Experience

  • Partner with Country Services leaders and Country People teams to balance regional standardization with local regulatory, policy, language, cultural, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Serve as a key regional partner for COEs, Country Services, and GPSS leadership on service delivery, program implementation, process changes, transitions, and operational risks.
  • Build stakeholder trust through proactive communication, practical problem-solving, disciplined escalation management, and consistent candidate and team member experiences.
  • Represent the Asia Regional Services Hub in regional and global forums, contributing to operating-model evolution, service strategy, and best-practice sharing.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent, reliable, and compliant regional service performance with clear ownership, sustainable coverage, strong KPI and SLA performance, and effective escalation management.
  • Successful transition and stabilization of services within the Asia Regional Services Hub, supported by strong SOPs, training, controls, governance, and operational readiness.
  • Measurable improvements in service quality, productivity, responsiveness, turnaround time, candidate experience, and team member experience.
  • Greater process standardization, data quality, digital adoption, self-service, and responsible use of automation and AI.
  • An engaged, inclusive, and capable regional team with strong cross-training, leadership depth, and readiness to respond to changing business demand.
  • Strong stakeholder confidence in the hub as a reliable, scalable, and continuously improving regional service organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR shared services, service delivery, or related operational roles, including at least 5 years of people leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading regional or multi-country HR service operations, preferably within a shared-services, regional hub, or comparable service-delivery environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing service transitions, operating-model change, service stabilization, or large-scale operational transformation.
  • Strong experience defining and managing service KPIs, SLAs, quality measures, productivity, capacity, service governance, and customer experience outcomes.
  • Strong experience in process optimization, governance, risk management, stakeholder partnership, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate effectively across COEs, Country People teams, GPSS leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners within a complex matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, judgment, problem-solving, change leadership, and team-development capabilities.
