Pharmacist

Position Overview

Inabia is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support medication management services within the hospital pharmacy department. The pharmacist will oversee medication dispensing, review physician orders, and ensure safe medication use for patients.

Work Environment

• This role operates in a community hospital pharmacy environment supporting both inpatient and outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify physician medication orders.
• Dispense medications safely and accurately.
• Monitor drug therapy for interactions and appropriate dosing.
• Provide medication counseling to patients and healthcare staff.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to support patient care.

Requirements

• (PharmD) or equivalent degree
• Active Pharmacist license
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of medication safety practices
