Room Leader
£29,000 per year | Level 3 | 40 Hours per Week | All Year Round

This Good Ofsted-rated, purpose-built nursery is on the lookout for an energetic and inspiring Level 3 Room Leader to guide a passionate team. With bright, open spaces and incredible outdoor areas, children are free to roam, explore, and follow their interests thanks to seamless free-flow access between indoors and outdoors.
Outside is where the adventures begin - whether it's digging into the vegetable patch to grow their own tasty treats or whipping up imaginative creations in the mud kitchen, children are encouraged to get stuck in, think creatively, and learn through play.
As Room Leader, you'll be right at the heart of it all - leading your team, inspiring young minds, and helping create unforgettable early years experiences in a warm, supportive, and fun-filled environment.
