Toll Uncrewed Systems is seeking a highly motivated Client Services & Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing team. This pivotal role is ideal for a relationship-focused professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting business growth and building strong partnerships across Government, Defence and industry sectors.
As the primary point of contact for clients, students and stakeholders, you will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, coordinating training experiences and identifying opportunities to expand our service offerings. This role offers a genuine career pathway, with the opportunity to progress into a future Client Engagement Manager position as the business continues to grow.
About the Role
Reporting to the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing client engagement activities, supporting business development initiatives and ensuring a seamless experience for training participants and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, students and industry partners.
- Acting as the first point of contact for client enquiries and ongoing engagement.
- Coordinating client meetings, reviews and follow-up activities.
- Supporting business development efforts through lead generation, market research and pipeline management.
- Preparing proposals, presentations, quotations and capability statements.
- Managing student onboarding and supporting participants throughout their training journey.
- Monitoring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities to improve retention and service delivery.
- Coordinating client demonstrations, networking events and industry engagement activities.
- Supporting marketing initiatives, case studies, success stories and promotional campaigns.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting through CRM and business management systems.
About You
You are a proactive and customer-focused professional who thrives on building trusted relationships and delivering positive outcomes. You enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders and have a natural ability to identify opportunities that create value for both clients and the business.
You will bring:
- Experience in client services, customer success, account coordination, stakeholder engagement, training administration or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using CRM systems and business platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
- Confidence preparing reports, presentations, proposals and customer communications.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Desirable Experience
- Aviation, Defence, Government, technology or training industry experience.
- Experience supporting business growth, account management or partnership initiatives.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Student Management Systems.
- Exposure to tenders, capability statements and commercial proposal development.
- Knowledge of uncrewed systems or the broader aviation sector.
