Partnerships Manager

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience

• Proficient in English

• 5 years of working experience

• 2 – 3 years of working experience in one of our IP Maintenance teams – ideally renewal/Recordals business

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Microsoft, Outlook etc.)

It would be great if you also have . . .  

• Experience with Argos, TM1

• Strong understanding of various teams and interdependencies within in PT/TM renewals

What will you be doing in this role? 

• Processing allocated work as per work instructions / team alignment / task priority/ agent requirements

• Act as an escalation point between Clarivate and agents, conduct regular audits with agents, engage with our agent network to explore opportunities to work more efficiently and prepare agent contracts, ensuring they are renewed upon contract expiry

• Supporting in the development of a database to enable quality reporting on agent performance and producing those reports on a monthly basis.

• Agent set up and maintenance on renewals systems

• Obtained accurate fees and updating on renewals system

• Consider exception handling

• Conducting periodic reviews of the procedure document on Quality Library.

• Drafting procedures for new tasks

About the Team   

Reporting through the Trademark renewals and FIL, the Agent Management team was initially instated in the former CPA entity to select and monitor our agent network for renewals.  Over recent years due to the growth of the company, the team’s remit has expanded to cover all renewals across all entities, as well as IP Recordals agents and File agents.  The team is made up of 4 Relationship Managers, as well as an Operational function which interacts very closely with the Relationship Managers.  We have a large number of internal stakeholders/teams due to the nature of our roles, and the team has a fantastic insight into many teams in the Clarivate group, and an opportunity to really make a difference to our IP Maintenance teams in addition to tangible revenue recognition.

Hours of work

This is a full-time permanent position based in Belgrade or Noida, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.
