We value reliability, professionalism, and people who show up ready to do the job right.Where you'll workAssignments cover client sites in and around Manassas—retail centers, commercial properties, and similar locations. Coverage needs shift, so the site you're assigned to can vary from one assignment to the next. We're looking for officers who are flexible and dependable across the local area.ResponsibilitiesPatrol the property, inside and out, to identify and address safety or security concernsMaintain a visible presence that deters shoplifting, vandalism, and trespassingMonitor access points and verify authorized entry where requiredProvide friendly, helpful service to customers and staffRespond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergenciesMonitor surveillance equipment and report unusual or suspicious activityWrite accurate, detailed reports for each shiftRequirementsPossess or be able to obtain a Virginia DCJS Armed security officer registrationPossess your own firearm, vest, and duty beltMeet Virginia's minimum age and eligibility requirements for security registrationPass a criminal background checkHave reliable transportation to reach assigned sites in the Manassas areaDemonstrate good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressureBe comfortable standing and walking for extended periodsExperience in security, retail loss prevention, military, or law enforcement is a plusBenefitsFlexible shifts built around your availabilityWeekly pay following our standard pay cycleOpportunities to add hours by picking up shifts at other client sitesRoom to grow as our assignments and client base expandUniform & equipmentMust be able to obtain a Class A black uniform; communication equipment may be provided.ScheduleDay, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts available depending on assignment.How to applyClick Apply to submit your application.
