As a Workday Talent & Performance Associate Manager:

You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices in the Workday Talent & Performance modules, contributing to a functional solution that meets client needs and objectives

• Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do

• Supporting workshops and discussions on topics in line with your expertise in Talent & Performance

• Liaising closely with client counterparts, external vendors, Accenture colleagues and Workday to achieve a robust solution

• Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets

e are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Prior experience implementing Workday Talent & Performance modules as consultant or driving this in a client organisation

• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions

• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Fluency in English

Artificial Intelligence and the future of Workday delivery:

Accenture is embedding Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI across the Workday delivery lifecycle, and this role sits at the centre of that shift. As a Workday Talent & Performance Associate Manager you will have the opportunity to:

• Shape solutions that make use of Workday's native AI and machine-learning capabilities to drive smarter talent and performance processes

• Apply Accenture's GenAI-enabled accelerators to speed up design, testing and documentation

• Help clients identify where AI can create measurable value in their talent and performance processes

• Contribute to Accenture's growing library of AI-powered Workday assets and leading practices

Set yourself apart:

• Experience in organising and running Performance cycles using Workday in different organisations

• In addition to Workday Talent & Performance also experience in Workday Learning, Employee Experience or other Workday modules

• Up to date Workday Talent & Performance certifications
