Job Description Summary
Responsible for delivery of HCP Engagement coordination and Shopping Cart management activities within the Medical Excellence Operations organization based out of GCC India. Responsible for delivery of HCP Engagement coordination and Shopping Cart management activities within the Medical Excellence Operations organization based out of GCC India. The role ensures high-quality, compliant, and efficient execution of HCP engagement support services, drives process consistency and documentation discipline, and partners with Global Medical Affairs, Legal & Compliance and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational delivery and continuous improvement across HCP engagement workflows.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Own end-to-end delivery of HCP Engagement support services, including coordination of engagement-related workflows, documentation, reporting, and operational follow-up within defined processes.
Manage HCP / HCO contracting-related coordination, including engagement setup support, approvals follow-up, contract documentation, signature coordination, and records management in line with defined process expectations.
Manage compliance tool-related support activities, tracker maintenance, documentation updates, and operational coordination with business owners and relevant stakeholders. Act as super user for compliance tool.
Deliver invoice / payment coordination, reconciliation support, transparency / reporting-related activities, and other defined HCP engagement operational outputs, as applicable.
Establish and maintain subject matter expertise across HCP engagement workflows, documentation requirements, Shopping Cart support, and related operational processes. Partner with Global Medical Affairs, business owners, Legal / Compliance-related stakeholders, , country teams (cross border), and other relevant functions to align requirements, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement across the service model. Implement process discipline, documentation quality, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across HCP engagement support services.
Support the transition and stabilization of services into GCC and contribute to process standardization, documentation, and operational maturity.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
HCP Engagement coordination, , and related operational activities are delivered effectively and in line with defined quality and service expectations.
Contracting-related coordination, documentation, trackers, reporting, and system-based support activities are maintained accurately and within agreed timelines. Stakeholder coordination, operational follow-up, and issue resolution are managed effectively and supported by appropriate process discipline.
Transparency / reporting-related support, reconciliation support, and finance-related coordination activities are delivered consistently as applicable.
Identified risks / gaps are addressed in a timely manner, with appropriate remediation and continuous improvement actions.
Advanced degree or equivalent qualification in life science, healthcare, pharmacy, medicine, business operations, or related field preferred with Experience: 8–12+ years experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry, ideally with experience in Medical Affairs operations, HCP engagement support, contracting coordination, Shopping Cart support, and related support models.
Subject matter expertise in HCP engagement workflows, contracting-related coordination, documentation handling, tracker management, Shopping Cart support, and stakeholder follow-up.
Experience working in a cross-functional and global environment.
