Overview

The Senior Executive Administrator is a key leadership role responsible for managing complex administrative functions, driving operational efficiency, and aligning strategic initiatives with organizational goals. This individual works closely with the SVP/GM and Senior Leadership Team to lead critical projects, provide executive support, and foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

Executive & Operational Leadership

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the SVP/GM and executive leadership team, driving alignment, execution, and operational excellence across key business priorities.
  • Manage the SVP/GM’s complex schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, while also ensuring the smooth functioning of the office
  • Own the executive operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, offsites, and company-wide communications.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the SVP/GM and internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and driving accountability to achieve business outcomes.
  • Provide occasional support to the Finance Lead, as needed, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating special projects.
  • Anticipate organizational needs, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend solutions that improve decision-making and execution.
  • Oversee headquarters operations, facilities, workplace experience, vendor relationships, and office management to support a high-performing organization.

Strategic Planning & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Translate executive priorities into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across departments and timely execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Design and implement scalable processes, operating cadences, and governance frameworks that improve collaboration and organizational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate leadership planning sessions, workshops, and cross-functional meetings that strengthen communication, decision-making, and accountability.
  • Develop executive presentations, communications, and briefing materials that enable informed business decisions.

Financial & Business Operations

  • Manage headquarters operating budget, including facilities, workplace technology, office improvements, employee experience, and vendor partnerships.
  • Monitor spending, negotiate vendor contracts, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  • Ensure operational compliance with company policies, contracts, and workplace standards while supporting evolving business needs.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with leaders across People, Finance, Brand, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Sales to execute enterprise initiatives and support organizational priorities.
  • Build trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholders, serving as a connector who aligns teams and removes barriers to execution.
  • Coordinate complex projects involving multiple departments while balancing competing priorities and changing business demands.

Culture and Employee Experience

  • Champion workplace initiatives that foster employee engagement, collaboration, and a positive company culture.
  • Lead planning and execution of executive offsites, leadership summits, all-company meetings, and national events that strengthen organizational alignment and team connection.
  • Support organizational change by developing communication strategies, gathering employee feedback, and implementing initiatives that improve the employee experience.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve workplace processes, ensuring the organization can scale effectively while maintaining its culture.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,200 - $90,200.

Qualifications

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of experience of Executive Support with office management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Additional Requirements

  • Travel requirements, less than 10%
  • Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 50-pound lifting requirement.
  • Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands.
