Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Intern to join our JnJ MedTech Ethicon team in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage promotional materials (softcopy and hardcopy files).
• Organize and manage NFHU samples.
• Plan, organize, and support marketing activities, including coordination with the sales team for sales and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare data analysis for monthly forecasting.
• Organize and manage EES marketing events.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• Available to work onsite at the office at least three times per week, with remote work on other days.
• Willing to work on weekends when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in design and development of promotional materials.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and equipped with strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates learning agility, adaptability to change, and a growth mindset.
