What you’ll need to be successful:
Ability to work independently and collectively with multiple work centers
Creating a knowledge base, SOPs, and documentation to solve customer challenges
Able to work in a fast paced environment with high expectations and visibility of real world operations
Enables a mission-focused customer through exceptional support which drives world-class mission success
Utilizes the full complement of technical and interpersonal skills to accomplish the work
Ability to support multiple users at various locations
Education: High School Diploma
Required Experience: 3+ years
Certification: 8570 compliant (Security+)
Required Technical Skills:
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Knowledge of deploying software
Hardware configuration
Experience imaging Desktop and Dell Wyse thin clients
Tier I Network troubleshooting
Experience in Active Directory
Experience in VMware Horizon
Experience in KVM Configuration
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing system
VDI

The likely salary range for this position is $97,750 - $132,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
