Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a distinguished national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an immediate opening for a Legal Secretary in its Los Angeles office. Ideal candidates must have 5+ years of experience.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with State and Federal Rules and Administrative Procedures.
- Ability to provide administrative support to attorneys.
- Work independently on pleadings, discovery, motion preparation, and e-discovery.
- Experience and knowledge with e-filing in state and federal court, case management, docketing, e-discovery, document review, exhibit preparation, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and previous Compulaw experience is beneficial.
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills.

There may be flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid and full-time opportunities.
The yearly salary range is between $80,000-$100,000. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled. This position is a hybrid position with two days in office and three days working from home. Exceptions to the hybrid schedule may be provided to candidates who live outside the Los Angeles area. Knowledge of CA law is required.
