The Global Engineering Center at Collins Aerospace is seeking a dedicated professional to join the Technical University team. This role, reporting to Collins Aerospace, offers the unique opportunity to collaborate not only within Collins but also across RTX Corporate, Raytheon, and Pratt & Whitney.

 

As a Learning and Development (L&D) Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and creating course offerings, supporting customers, and contributing to various aspects of our learning operations. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, adept at managing multiple priorities, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate courses, training sessions, registrations, and learner nominations.
• Support learners, instructors, and training leads, responding to queries and resolving basic system issues.
• Maintain learning content, recordings, and the SharePoint Online learning site.
• Support communications and promotion of courses and learning events.
• Coordinate with Finance and other internal teams.
• Take ownership of day-to-day L&D activities, manage priorities, and identify process improvements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and less than 2 years of relevant experience OR min 3 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• For technical positions: Bachelor’s degree in STEM and less than 2 years of relevant experience, unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Communications, HR, Education, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in L&D, training coordination, HR, customer support, project coordination, or administration.
• Experience in an Agile or international environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Good knowledge of digital tools, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Zakres wynagrodzenia dla tego stanowiska wynosi 8,583.0 PLN - 17,500.0 PLN. Podany zakres jest szacunkową wartością reprezentatywną obejmującą różne poziomy doświadczenia tym stanowisku.  Przy ustaleniu wysokości wynagrodzenia RTX bierze pod uwagę m. in. zakres roli, poziom odpowiedzialności, doświadczenie zawodowe kandydata, lokalizację, wykształcenie, ukończone szkolenia oraz kluczowe kompetencje kandydata.
