ABOUT THE TEAM

 

The Senior Associate role will report into the Supervisor position and will be a part of theDigital Strategy & Activation Team. This team works collectively to ensure that we have athorough understanding of and a pulse on the media landscape, make smart investmentswith media partners, negotiating mutually favorable terms, and plan and execute clientmedia buys that best deliver on their business and marketing objectives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The expectations for this role fall into 3 key categories:

Responsibilities

1. Developing Teams & Talent

- Contribute to training and assisting Associates with any role-specific questions.- Supports goals of Associates.

2. Delivering on Our Value Proposition

- Understand partner portfolio offerings through attending meetings and takingnote.- Understands campaign management practices and can identify performanceissues with partner.- Learn how to form recommendation that align with APEX goals.- Support executing campaign management and delivery in full of select standard-level accounts.- Learn fundamentals of financials.- Understands account management principals and can execute performance anddelivery of select standard-level accounts.

3. Managing Business & Operations

- Understand campaign lifecycle and execute post-sale process for select standard-level accounts.- Understands billing process through executing RFI process, reconciliation ofinvoices in OX/Prisma and approvals on the Unbilled Report for select standard-level accounts.- Proficient in MS Office Suite, OX/Prisma (Activation), Salesforce, etc.- Keeps Salesforce up to date for assigned accounts

Qualifications

TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTSWe value diversity of thought and experiences at APEX! If you learned about media from thesales or agency side, that’s great but we do need folks with basic level of understanding ofhow media investment works.

- 1-2 years of experience with Basic knowledge of media is critical for success in thisrole- Diverse backgrounds and experience are welcome including AgencyPlanning/Investment, Media Sales, Consulting and/or Media Client Side- Basic knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office Suite (must be proficient in Excel)- Strong media financial acumen is mandatory- Business financial acumen is preferred- Basic understanding of the media landscape

Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $73,944.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
