West Monroe is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to help clients modernize Security Operations (SecOps) and Operational Technology (OT) workflows on the ServiceNow platform. This role will serve as a technical leader on complex engagements, defining scalable ServiceNow architectures and delivering solutions through hands-on implementation. Candidates should bring deep implementation experience in either Security Operations or Operational Technology - experience across both is highly valued. You will partner with industry and functional domain experts as well as relevant client stakeholders to deliver outcomes-focused solutions for our clients.
What You Will Do
Client Delivery
- Lead ServiceNow Security Operations and Operational Technology development workstreams from requirements and technical design through configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Design and configure Security Operations solutions such as Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Response, Unified Security Exposure Management, Security Posture Control, or Configuration Compliance.
- Integrate vulnerability scanners, SIEM and SOAR platforms, and other enterprise systems using Service Graph Connectors, IntegrationHub, and certified integrations where applicable.
- Design and configure Operational Technology Manager, OT Vulnerability Response, OT Incident Management, Industrial Workspace, and related OT workflows.
- Model OT devices, sites, equipment and production-process context, configuration items, and relationships using CMDB/CSDM patterns that support asset criticality, reporting, and remediation prioritization.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow using JavaScript, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, workspaces, reporting, and dashboards.
- Own technical quality through design reviews, code and configuration reviews, testing, troubleshooting, release support, documentation, and proactive management of delivery risks.
- Use AI and automation tools to accelerate analysis, improve delivery efficiency, and support high-quality client outcomes while applying sound judgment to validate outputs.
Business Development
- Serve as a ServiceNow technical subject matter expert during pursuits, solutioning sessions, proposals, and client presentations.
- Help identify opportunities to expand ServiceNow SecOps, OT, and related capabilities within client accounts.
- Contribute technical perspectives to estimates, implementation roadmaps, solution approaches, and statements of work.
Practice Development
- Develop reusable ServiceNow architecture patterns, accelerators, technical standards, and delivery methodologies.
- Mentor developers and consultants while building ServiceNow SecOps and OT technical capabilities across the practice.
- Stay current on ServiceNow platform capabilities and contribute expertise to internal knowledge sharing, recruiting, and thought leadership.
What You Will Bring
Required Experience
- 4+ years of experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Deep hands-on implementation experience in at least one specialty: (a) ServiceNow Security Operations, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intellignce or (b) ServiceNow Operation Technology, including Operational Technology Manager/Data Modelling, OT Vulnerability Response, or OT Incident Management.
- Working familiarity with the adjacent Security Operations or Operational Technology domain and the ability to collaborate effectively with specialists across security, IT operations, and industrial operations.
- Experience with CMDB configuration items and relationships, asset or CI data imports, reconciliation, CSDM concepts, and data-quality considerations that affect prioritization and workflow outcomes.
- Experience designing integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, Service Graph Connectors, or related ServiceNow integration patterns.
- Strong ServiceNow development skills, including JavaScript, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, workspaces, reporting, and dashboards.
- Experience leading technical workstreams or owning ServiceNow development deliverables through requirements, build, testing, migration, release, and documentation.
- Ability to travel 25 to 50% and to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Experience
- Hands-on ServiceNow delivery experience across both SecOps and OT, particularly where vulnerability or incident workflows cross IT and industrial environments.
- Experience working with utilities, manufacturing, energy, transportation, life sciences, or other critical-infrastructure and asset-intensive environments.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or relevant Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Data Foundations implementation certifications.
- Experience incorporating AI tools into day-to-day delivery workflows while assessing accuracy, security, bias, and output quality.
Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role is listed below. Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.

Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Eligibility for ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available upon hire date.
