Chef De Partie – Luxury Farm-to-Fork Restaurant

We’re working with a fantastic restaurant in the Cotswolds, known for its exceptional food, beautiful surroundings and focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. They are looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join their team within a relaxed Italian-inspired restaurant, where fresh pizza, handmade pasta and quality produce take centre stage.

With predominantly daytime hours and produce coming directly from the surrounding organic farm and gardens, this is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who wants to cook great food using genuinely exceptional ingredients.

• £35,000 per annum plus circa £4,000 gratuities and service charge

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…

• Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal dishes using high-quality organic produce
• Taking ownership of your section and ensuring everything is prepared and ready for a smooth service
• Supporting the kitchen across restaurant service, food production and occasional private events
• Helping to develop seasonal dishes and specials that showcase the fantastic produce available
• Sharing your knowledge with junior chefs while maintaining excellent standards of food quality, hygiene and organisation

We’re looking for a Chef De Partie with strong kitchen fundamentals, a genuine love of seasonal cooking and the confidence to take ownership of their section.

You’ll be organised, calm during a busy service and excited by the opportunity to work with exceptional ingredients in a unique countryside setting. Experience with fresh pasta or Italian-style cooking would be a fantastic advantage.
