Work Arrangement: On-Site (No Telework)
Position Type: Full-Time / Immediate Need
Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 / year
Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizenship Required; must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance if required.
Position Overview
WisEngineering, LLC is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide immediate on-site support for the Department of Defense at Picatinny Arsenal in Dover, NJ. The successful candidate will become a direct employee of WisEngineering, collaborating closely with DoD military and civilian personnel to keep day-to-day division, laboratory, and administrative operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

Time & Personnel Accountability: Manage timekeeping through ATAAPS (Automated Time Attendance and Production System) and maintain accurate daily employee accountability tracking.

Training Administration: Coordinate employee training requests by preparing and submitting SF-182 forms via MeSpace.

Task & Suspense Tracking: Monitor, track, and follow up on organizational suspenses and taskers to ensure deadlines are met across the team.

Property & Supply Logistics: Assist the Lab Manager and Division Admin with monthly hand-receipt equipment inventories and manage ongoing office supply tracking.

Visitor & IT Coordination: Process visitor pass applications and submit IT/facilities help-desk tickets as required.

Daily Administrative Operations: Maintain Outlook calendars, manage email streams, draft and edit correspondence, and utilize MS Teams and SharePoint for workflow management and documentation.
Required Qualifications

Prior DoD Experience: Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience within a Department of Defense or military installation environment.

Software Expertise: Advanced/expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook. Command of MS Teams and SharePoint.

Communication & Organization: Excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills with strong organizational capabilities.

Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications

Direct hands-on experience using ATAAPS for time keeping.

Direct experience navigating MeSpace and handling SF-182 training documentation.
