Job Overview:
The Development Associate - Land & Power supports CleanSpark's long-term growth by identifying, evaluating, and advancing strategic land and power opportunities across North America. Working closely with the Land & Power team, this role researches emerging markets, identifies available utility capacity, evaluates industrial and commercial land opportunities, and develops relationships with utilities, brokers, landowners, developers, and economic development organizations to build a pipeline of qualified development opportunities.
The Development Associate supports the early stages of the land and power development lifecycle by conducting market research, coordinating preliminary site evaluations and due diligence activities, and advancing opportunities for review by the broader Land & Power team. Success in this role requires commercial curiosity, strong relationship-building skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environmentSkills
