Job Function:
- Must be familiar with Surface-Mount Technology (SMT).
- Ability to identify component packages and values.
- Must be able to set-up and operate automated SMT assembly equipment including Screen Printers, Pick N Place, and Reflow Ovens (Training Available).
- Perform machine set-up/tear down and cleanup according to procedures.
- Document and maintain quality records for machine set up, feeder exchanges and 1st Article inspection results according to procedures.
- Able to perform visual inspections of SMT Assemblies.
- Maintain a clean and orderly working area.
- Communicate machine operation status and errors to SMT Support Staff./Production Supervisor.
- Work with other team members to implement quality and performance improvement.

Knowledge/Skills/Certifications:
- Knowledge of electronic components and the ability to work in a production line environment required.
- Must be a self-motivated individual and work well in a team environment.
- Ability to follow Manager’s/Supervisor’s Instructions.
- Ability to Communicate well with Manager/Supervisor/Customers.
- ESD Training.
- Basic computer skills.
- Safety Training.
